Relying on the collective experience of multiple state agencies and community partners, the Virginia Office for Substance Abuse Prevention, or VOSAP, provides the Commonwealth with proven resources and tools that address substance abuse. The organization’s goal is to reduce the incidence and prevalence of substance abuse and its consequences.

The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop drinking. There are no dues or fees for A.A. membership; we are self-supporting through our own contributions.
