<p>RISE offers an organized, supportive atmosphere in which clients can practice and reinforce new behaviors and attitudes that will lead to long-term recovery. Stays range from three to 24 months. RISE collaborates with a variety of community agencies and organizations to help our customers achieve the greatest potential results.</p>

<p>This new project complements our Vermont continuum of care, which includes outpatient and intensive outpatient services, as well as transitional housing programs at five locations around the state. <p>Patients may get methadone, Suboxone, or buprenorphine at the Brattleboro CTC. They also take part in one-on-one and group counseling sessions. Our staff works carefully with each patient to discover the optimal medication for them and the therapeutic treatments that will best prepare them to make long-term improvements in their health.</p>
