In 1966, the Clara Martin Center (previously Orange County Mental Health Services, Inc.) was established. Our origins can be traced back to local clergy and social service professionals who perceived a need for community-based supportive counseling services as an alternative to incarceration at the Vermont State Hospital.

Clara Martin Center offers a wide range of community mental health services in unique and innovative methods, allowing people to get the help they need when they need it.
