Alcohol Therapy Sessions for Outpatient

Therapy services typically consist of one to two one-hour therapy sessions per week, depending on the initial consultation and what you and your family are experiencing. These visits are in a private office in a home-like setting with no overnight stay.

These appointments could be individual, group, couple or family therapy appointments. You will decide with your therapist which approach will be the most useful.

Our therapists work closely with clients and their families to provide support and guidance through every step. We use a tailored therapeutic approach to discover what works well for each client and their family.

Intensive Outpatient Program

Our Intensive Outpatient Programs for both Mental Health and Substance Use consists of three group therapy sessions every week, and each session is 3 hours.  Within this time frame, we include one weekly individual session and one monthly family session.  Weekly urinalysis drug testing is available to monitor usage for those on the substance use track.
