SUPPORT Wellness is a Suffolk County, Massachusetts-based alcohol and substance abuse treatment center. Patients with drug use disorders, such as alcohol, opioids, amphetamines, and other illicit substances, are treated at South End Community Health Center in a culturally sensitive and thorough manner.
Our multidisciplinary team of doctors and case managers provides an integrated care plan that includes pharmaceutical management, such as buprenorphine/naloxone (Suboxone), as well as behavioral health therapy. For patients with chronic pain and a history of long-term opioid treatment, our integrated care team also develops tailored strategies.
Both English and Spanish are accessible for group and individual counseling.
