SSTAR Alcoholism/Drug Detox Program

SSTAR is a drug and alcohol detox center in Fall River, Massachusetts, that offers substance abuse therapy. Services for Clinical Support (CSS) This program is a 30-bed, distinct gender facility that provides substance abuse and co-occurring disorder treatment 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The Dual Diagnosis Unit, or DDS, is a short-term acute care unit that was established in 1999 to serve people who suffer from both mental illness and substance dependence. Men and women who have a drug addiction issue with alcohol, opiates, or benzodiazepines can receive inpatient detoxification therapy at SSTAR.
