Phoenix House Health and Recovery Solutions is a comprehensive behavioral health services program that aims to assist people manage their substance abuse and mental health problems. Individuals battling with substance use disorders and related mental health difficulties receive comprehensive care from our board-certified doctors, physician assistants, nurses, and licensed clinicians.

This new project complements our Vermont continuum of care, which includes outpatient and intensive outpatient services, as well as transitional housing programs at five locations around the state. Most health insurance carriers, as well as self-paying clients, are accepted. All major credit cards are accepted, as well.
