Northwestern Counseling & Support Services, Inc. (NCSS) has been providing services to people and families in Franklin and Grand Isle Counties since 1958. While addressing socioeconomic determinants of health, the Agency provides services to approximately 4,000 people in our offices, local schools, the community, their homes, and places of work. NCSS provides intervention and support to children, adolescents, and adults who are experiencing emotional and behavioral problems, have been diagnosed with a mental illness, or have a developmental disability.

This facility is in Franklin County, Vermont, and is located in the city of St. Albans. Mental health, outpatient counseling, 24/7 emergency and crisis stabilization services, integrated health services, community rehabilitation and treatment services, psychiatry and nursing services, family and home-based services, school-based services, community-based services, adolescent services, Soar Learning Center alternative education and day treatment program, Parent Child Center services, intellectual and developmental disabilities, employment services are just a some of the services available.
