Headrest provides a safe and sober living environment for those returning to the community after treatment, allowing them to focus on building a foundation in recovery. These individuals are prepared to live a healthy, safe, and substance-free existence at our residential facility on 14 Church Street in Lebanon.

Residents begin reconstructing their life while in this program through work, education, and ongoing substance use disorder treatment programs. Individual counseling, therapy groups, case management, and strengths-based recovery programming are all available to residents. As appropriate, the resident’s Case Manager will include family members and/or significant others in the resident’s treatment. Clients will work on improving their living skills, coping methods, and putting together a safe discharge/transition plan.

Individuals enhance their health and wellness, live a self-directed life, and try to attain their full potential through the process of recovery. Our recovery coaches provide one-on-one assistance. You can have a coach while in counseling, have a coach to assist you in finding counseling, or be finished with treatment and still want assistance. Our recovery coaches can aid with insurance applications, fuel assistance, job applications, and other necessities. Our Medication Assisted Treatment may be beneficial to those who have successfully detoxed from opiate use. This outpatient program is designed for folks who need help sustaining their sobriety after opiate detox. Clients attend a weekly 60-minute group and check in with a medical physician on a regular basis to obtain maintenance help through the use of MATs like Suboxone.
