Intensive Outpatient Therapy (IOP) is a type of substance abuse treatment in which patients contact the treatment team for a few hours each week. This program is more time-consuming and involves a variety of services such as group meetings and specialized programming. It normally meets for several weeks on weekdays. This intensive outpatient treatment center is located in Plymouth, NH which is in Grafton County.

Our newest location, the Whole Village Family Resource Center in Plymouth, offers Intensive Outpatient Treatment. The services are provided in a community setting, which provides a warm and inviting environment for this more intensive treatment. While each person’s treatment plan is unique, participants in our IOP program will typically attend sessions three times per week. These meetings are usually 3 hours long and contain a variety of components such as group therapy, recovery support services, education, and auxiliary education to help participants re-establish community connections.
