When there is a need to lessen symptoms, promote comfort, or increase the effectiveness of counseling services, a team of specialists prescribes suitable psychiatric drugs and monitors their use. Individuals in other programs who require medication assessment and monitoring can also receive follow-up care. To address substance use problems, the Mental Health Center now offers Medication Assisted Recovery Services in an outpatient setting at our Bedford Counseling Services facility.

We have three crisis intervention programs, which are mentioned below, that provide therapy as soon as it is needed. In addition, we now have two additional programs: the Care Transition Team (CATT) and the Intensive Transition Team (ITT), both of which minimize emergency room visits and enhance mental health outcomes.
