<p>Clients are accepted into the Middlesex DUIL Program after being referred by a trial court. Clients aged 18-21 who have been convicted of a first offense under &#8220;Melanie&#8217;s Law,&#8221; as well as self-referrals and special referrals from the courts, are all accepted into the DUIL Program. The DUIL Program keeps in touch with probation officials all around the state on a regular basis.</p>
