Individuals, families, and significant others engage with our skilled substance addiction treatment specialists to achieve an alcohol/drug-free lifestyle, increase educational or occupational functioning, improve social/familial functioning, and reduce unlawful behaviors. Master’s level clinicians and trained alcohol and drug counselors make up the staff. Our clinics are in Worcester and Leominster, Massachusetts. Assessment, crisis intervention, health education, individual, group, couple, and family counseling, medical/psychiatric consultation, referral and aftercare planning, self-help groups, and treatment planning are some of the services provided.

In 2015, Spectrum’s newly rebuilt Outpatient Treatment Center in downtown Leominster opened, filling a long-standing demand for addiction treatment in North Worcester County. At the Leominster Outpatient Treatment Center, we also provide batterers’ intervention groups.
