Our highly trained staff provides clinical monitoring and specialized treatments to help our patients achieve and maintain sobriety at numerous locations around the Greater Boston area. Patients are given the tailored clinical care they need to obtain work, rebuild family and community relationships, and pursue healthy and long-term recovery objectives over the course of six months.

The Victory Programs team is dedicated to delivering housing stabilization assistance that will assist homeless people in obtaining permanent housing as rapidly as possible. Because so many people who are homeless also have serious health problems, Victory Programs provides a variety of housing options as well as supportive, tailored residential treatment programs to help people regain control of their lives.

The program, which is staffed by a clinically trained team, focuses on providing client-centered, trauma-informed therapy based on a harm reduction approach. Shiloh House adjusts to the needs of each individual client, ensuring that clients develop a sense of emotional cohesion within the program and in their communities through complete in-house care.

Patients can recover from drug or alcohol addiction in a therapeutic atmosphere provided by these programs. We provide therapies at various levels of care to meet the needs of each unique patient. Inpatient care, Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), and Outpatient Counseling are examples of these stages.

Individuals seeking recovery from alcohol and other drug addiction can take advantage of a wide range of clinical services offered by the program. Our team is unusual in that it brings together professionals in medicine, psychiatry, and addiction, allowing us to treat patients with addiction as well as co-existing medical and/or psychiatric diseases.

The results of the examination will be used by the experts at Arbour Hospital to select the best course of treatment for recovery. Detoxification, group therapy sessions, family counseling, and aftercare planning are frequently included in this treatment regimen. During therapy, the patient will have access to the entire staff, including an addiction specialist physician.
