A residential treatment program for 32 women and feminine-of-center adults diagnosed with substance use disorders in Dorchester that serves as a bridge between treatment and community reintegration.

Physicians, nurses, and counselors make up our OBOT team. We give overdose education as well as medication-assisted therapy with suboxone or naltrexone. There is also the option of one-on-one counseling. We also provide speciality services such as hepatitis C, HIV, chronic pain, and mental health therapy. Residents learn and/or renew skills for living mature and responsible lives free of alcohol and other drugs through a structured program that includes individual and group substance abuse disorder counseling, life skills training, and relapse trigger identification and prevention tools, as well as individual and group substance abuse disorder counseling.
