MaineGeneral Medical Center’s competent, caring staff can assist you or a loved one who requires intensive outpatient services (IOP) for a mental health or substance use condition in Kennebec County. Adults can get group therapy, individual and family counseling, and psychiatric referrals through our services. We also provide customized treatment for people who use multiple substances at the same time.
Weekly outpatient DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) groups will be available to you. Group discussions encourage recovery and assist you in the following ways:
