To guarantee easy and quick access as well as safe and effective transitions between programs, we are clinically integrated with partial inpatient, intensive outpatient, and community treatment centers. We offer information and referrals 24 hours a day, as well as voluntary and involuntary hospitalization and discharge preparation.

Our Intensive Outpatient program is designed for persons in recovery who require intensive therapy, often 10-12 hours per week, while still being able to work and care for their families. After leaving Spring Harbor Hospital, IOP is occasionally used as a transitional treatment for people who are enduring depression, self-harm, or co-occurring (mental health and addiction) disorders.
