Lowell Community Health Center Inc is a Middlesex County, Massachusetts-based alcohol and substance abuse treatment facility. Our Office-Based Addiction Therapy Program (commonly referred to as OBAT) provides outpatient services for persons seeking help with substance use disorders, with a focus on medication-assisted treatment.

Our Office-Based Addiction Treatment care team takes an integrated approach to managing each patient’s health by providing Suboxone (buprenorphine-naloxone) or Vivitrol (naltrexone) Medication-Assisted Treatment, Recovery Coaches and Social Workers, Individual & Group Support, and Integration with Primary Care & Behavioral Health.
