Monarch House is a substance abuse treatment center in New Bedford, Massachusetts (Bristol County). Monarch House is a 21-bed residential facility for women ages 18 and up who are recovering from a substance use disorder (SUD) and other related or co-occurring disorders.

SUD counseling and counselor-facilitated on-site psycho-educational groups are among the services provided, as well as the development of an individualized treatment recovery plan and coordination with the Department of Children and Families, parole, probation, medical, mental health, and educational agencies. Referrals to outside organizations, medication monitoring, nutrition/daily living skills teaching, and discharge/after-care planning are among the various services given. he average stay is 3 to 9 months. Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) clients and those seeking a referral are welcome.
