Gavin Foundation Center for Recovery Services

Gavin Foundation is a regular and comprehensive outpatient alcohol and substance abuse treatment center in Suffolk County, Massachusetts. Individual and group treatment is available at the Center for Recovery Services for those battling with substance abuse, addiction, and misuse.

Licensed clinicians provide services, and if medication management is required, an on-site Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will assess and educate the client on pharmaceutical options, including Vivitrol. The Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) has granted us accreditation, and the Massachusetts Department of Public Health’s Bureau of Substance Abuse Services has granted us a license. The Massachusetts Behavioral Health Partnership has approved the Gavin Foundation as a provider of behavioral health services.
