Professional therapists provide techniques to facilitate healing from overwhelming experiences such as EMDR, ART, and psychodrama.

Evidence-Based Therapy with a focus on harm reduction: We use therapy methods that truly work for supporting long-term recovery. Some examples include: medication-assisted treatment (MAT), Suboxone tapers, and Vivitrol.

Mindfulness-based relapse prevention: We integrate mindfulness meditation with standard relapse prevention to help maintain sobriety through the recovery process.

Spaces as sanctuaries: We’ve created safe, calming spaces where you can find rest, recuperate, and be inspired so you can focus on healing.

Community centered: Healing and transformation happens in the context of supportive relationships. We offer family therapy and weekly support groups.

Spiritually grounded: Through adventure trips, spiritual direction, and community, we will give you the opportunity to explore meaning, purpose, and spirituality.
