Alcohol Treatment Center
Cynthia Booker Bingler LCSW

Focusing on resiliency, strengths, and strategies to improve recovery efforts using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy methodologies. CBT aims to change negative self-talk and habits. Alcohol and substance counseling combines elements of behavioral therapy, cognitive social learning therapy, cognitive therapy, Dialectical Behavioral therapy, and other therapies to help people recognize situations where they are likely to use alcohol or drugs, find better ways to avoid those situations, and learn how to cope with the feelings and situations that lead to use or relapse behaviors.

Screening, Assessment, and Referral: The initial focus of the sessions is on completing screening and assessments.
This is to see if an outpatient setting is right for you or if you need to be referred for more intensive therapy.
