IOP/SOAP stands for Intensive Outpatient Program. IOP/SOAP is a three-week intensive substance abuse recovery program offered in Athol, Northampton, and Greenfield. Participants are part of a 12-Step group with other persons in recovery and agree to attend AA/NA at least three times per week in addition to half-day group treatment programming.
