Outpatient Services for Adults
Group Therapy – For addressing difficulties and creating positive adjustments in one’s life, group therapy can be an excellent option. A specific problem, such as depression, social anxiety, chronic pain, or substance abuse, is addressed in groups. Other organizations focus on strengthening social skills in general, assisting people with a variety of concerns such as aggression, shyness, loneliness, and low self-esteem.

Modified DBT Skills Group — This group teaches the four fundamental DBT skills (mindfulness, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and emotion regulation) with some differences from the complete DBT program. Case Management — Adults 18 and older who are already receiving outpatient services or are in the process of receiving outpatient services may be eligible for short-term case management.
Services are geared on assisting clients in addressing pressing issues that may be impeding treatment.
