The Clara Martin Center is a community-based, non-profit organization that provides acute and long-term behavioral health treatment and drug misuse services in Bradford, VT, which is in Orange County. In 1966, the Clara Martin Center (previously Orange County Mental Health Services, Inc.) was established. Our origins can be traced back to local clergy and social service professionals who perceived a need for community-based supportive counseling services as an alternative to incarceration at the Vermont State Hospital.

Clara Martin Center offers a wide range of community mental health services in unique and innovative methods, allowing people to get the help they need when they need it. Children and families, as well as individuals dealing with behavioral challenges, emotional stress, mental illness, and alcohol and other substance problems, are served by the Clara Martin Center’s programs.
