Community Health Center provides an office-based substance abuse treatment program for persons who need help recovering from substance abuse in a caring setting. Suboxone, Sublocade (injectable Suboxone), or Vivitrol are used in our medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) program for substance use disorder. This MOUD service is available to the general public, and anyone can use it, even if they are not a CHC patient.
