Boston Public Health Commission Entre Familia

The Boston Public Health Commission is an alcohol and substance misuse treatment center in Mattapan, Massachusetts, which is part of Suffolk County. Entre Familia is a 6- to 12-month residential substance abuse treatment program for pregnant and postpartum women and their children that offers gender-specific, bilingual/bicultural substance abuse treatment.

Staff can now engage the fathers of the children, the women’s partners, and other extended family members through our federally funded Boston Consortium of Services for Latino Families in Recovery (BCSLFR) to help increase family functioning and build the women’s and children’s social support networks.
