This Howard Center location is in South Burlington, Vermont. As the designated provider for mental health and developmental disability services, as well as the preferred provider for drug use treatment in Chittenden County, we serve children, adults, families, and communities. We help people and communities thrive by offering mental health, drug use, and developmental supports and services.

Vermont is fortunate to have a comprehensive and well-coordinated system of care for mental health, substance abuse, and developmental disabilities. Designated Agencies are private, non-profit, community-based providers who are in charge of ensuring that needed services are provided in their region through program delivery, local planning, service coordination, and outcome monitoring.
