State-licensed professional personnel in Counseling and Outpatient Psychiatry are dedicated to supporting healthy living and the well-being of all individuals and families. The goal is to help children, adolescents, and adults make good behavioral changes, improve social and psychological functioning, and address issues such as conduct, identity, anxiety, affect, adjustment, impulse control, and other mental health illnesses.

Medication consultation and management, as well as psycho-education on pharmaceutical treatment, are all part of outpatient psychiatric treatments. Outpatient Mental Health Services are given via telehealth, in person, and in specific school systems, and are all regulated by the Department of Health and Human Services.
