Self-medication is frequently used by people with mental health issues to relieve their symptoms. Although this may provide brief comfort for some, it frequently exacerbates mental health issues and makes treatment more difficult. People who have untreated mental problems are also more likely to relapse into substance usage. The Harrington Co-Occurring Disorders Unit (CDU) is committed to treating each individual’s needs in a proactive, supportive, and therapeutic environment.

Our program’s purpose is to help our clients improve their emotional, behavioral, social, and physical well-being.
We are excited to assist our clients in their recovery.
