New Hope is a 60-bed short-term residential Transitional Support Services (TSS) program in Weymouth for men and women struggling with substance abuse. Case managers at New Hope work with clients to create individual service plans that serve as a roadmap for each person’s “next steps”—such as transitioning to residential rehabilitation, beginning an outpatient medication-assisted treatment maintenance program, or other transitional care—as well as a plan for each client’s new life in recovery. Personal responsibility and self-discipline are emphasized in New Hope’s philosophy and treatment program, while getting help from our qualified counselors.
