Gosnold Counseling Center Miller House

Gosnold Counseling Center is a drug and alcohol addiction treatment center in Falmouth, Massachusetts, in Barnstable County. At Miller House, Gosnold’s Clinical Stabilization Services (CSS) programs provide acute rehabilitation services to people with substance use disorders. Our program takes a personalized approach to address the needs of each patient, and our multidisciplinary teams design unique treatment plans and clinical assistance during the patient’s stay.

Individual and group counseling, health education, evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy, meditation, and mindfulness, introduction to 12 step and other self-help programs, and planning for longer-term support services are all used in the programs to make the treatment experience enriching and educational.
