For individuals who have had alcohol or drug related legal issues and need recommendations submitted to the referring agency, which may include the Court, Probation, Pre-Trial Diversion, Southwest Florida Safety Council, out-of-state agencies, or your Attorney. Our Licensed Mental Health Counselor will assess an individual’s risk and protective factors to recommend need for treatment and length of service.
